Creating and offering products

Talent and brand/company accounts may use Milieu Studio. You keep ownership of your original artwork. Submit only work you own or are authorized to reproduce and sell, including any names, logos, photographs and likenesses. Submitting a product grants Milieu and its production provider the limited permission needed to preview, promote, manufacture and deliver that product. It does not transfer your copyright.

Publication requires agency review. Milieu can request changes, pause a listing or remove products that cannot be fulfilled or lack appropriate rights. There is no minimum sales threshold or Milieu sales ceiling. Product availability, delivery destinations, supported payment amounts and manufacturing capabilities vary by provider.

Customer orders and fulfillment

Gelato provides manufacturing and delivery. Check the product, design, variant, quantity and address before continuing to payment. The delivery quote shows the merchandise and shipping subtotal before tax. Stripe Checkout calculates applicable tax and displays the final itemized total before you pay. Order records show final tax and total only after payment is verified. A design preview shows the artwork layout; it is not a guarantee of exact material, color or placement. Production starts after verified payment and successful supplier acceptance. A payment return page alone does not confirm an order.

Shipping and production availability are checked for your destination. The checkout shows the amount charged. Customs duties or import charges may be collected by the destination authority or carrier. Delivery updates are estimates and tracking depends on the carrier. An order may arrive in separate packages.

Problems, cancellation and returns

Contact agencymilieu@gmail.com promptly with your order reference for damage, a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item or delivery trouble. Cancellation depends on whether production has started. Personalized and made-to-order items may have different return eligibility from stock products. Milieu will explain the available remedy for your order; mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Creator revenue and agency oversight

The agency records the creator revenue share for each approved product. That percentage applies to the merchandise margin after manufacturing costs, payment processing costs, refunds and other agreed order adjustments; shipping and taxes collected to cover delivery and obligations are not creator earnings. Sales and quoted supplier costs are recorded for reconciliation. A paid order is not a completed creator payout. Settlement and any release of creator earnings require the agency’s reconciliation and the agreed financial arrangement.

Guardian-assisted rights and financial arrangements are required for accounts under 18 before commercial publication or checkout. Draft design remains available. Existing portal age and participation policies continue to apply.

Order information and privacy

Milieu stores designs, print files, product approvals, order references and shipment updates. For an order, Milieu sends Gelato the print file, ordered product, quantity, recipient address and contact information needed to manufacture and ship it. Stripe processes payment information through hosted checkout. Creators see their product sales and fulfillment status; payment credentials remain with the payment provider. See portal privacy.
