Talent portal

Milieu Agency · Portal notice

Your profile. Your choices.

The talent portal brings your media kit, opportunities, and agency conversations together. Here is what you share, who can see it, and how to control publication.

Effective October 17, 2026 · Notice version 2026-10-17

Your account and private workspace

You must be 18 or older to create your own portal account. Sign in with ChatGPT supplies an account identifier and email address so the portal can recognize you and protect your workspace. Your sign-in email and account identifier are not displayed on your public media kit.

Your profile drafts and uploaded media are available to you and authorized agency staff. Staff use them to review your application, support your profile, and operate the portal. Creating an account does not automatically publish a media kit.

Choose your username carefully. It is fixed after account creation and forms your branded address at milieuagency.com/talent/username. Keep account access personal and share only information you are comfortable providing to the agency.

You choose what becomes public

A media kit becomes public only after you explicitly consent to publication and the agency approves it. Your published kit can include your display name, username, bio, selected photos and videos, work interests, skills, social links, and websites. Optional visibility choices control whether measurements, location, rates, and availability appear.

Review your selected content before submitting it. Do not include a home address, identity documents, private contact details, or another person’s private information in your bio, links, images, or videos. Public visitors can view and share your published kit.

Your publication consent allows Milieu Agency to display the content you selected on your media kit. You retain ownership of your content. Publication does not transfer copyright or grant visitors permission to reuse your work. Upload only material you have the right to share, including permission from other people featured in it.

Unpublishing and search visibility

You can withdraw your publication consent using Unpublish in your portal. This immediately hides your public media kit and removes public access to its hosted media. Your private workspace remains available to you and authorized agency staff.

Permission for search engines to index your kit is a separate, optional choice. Choosing it does not guarantee inclusion or a particular search ranking. Even without search indexing, anyone with your published link can access your kit.

Unpublishing cannot recall screenshots, downloads, shared copies, or search engine caches that others already hold. Search engines may take time to reflect visibility changes. Republishing requires renewed publication consent and agency review.

Agency oversight of messages and offers

Portal conversations are not private from the agency. Authorized agency staff can read all portal messages and offers for screening, safety, moderation, and business operations. Staff screen initial contact before it reaches the intended recipient. A recipient cannot see that contact while it awaits approval.

You can block another account or report a conversation from your inbox. Blocking stops further contact through the portal; it does not erase existing messages. Conversation history and reports are retained for moderation and business review. Agency staff may review or restrict conversations when concerns arise.

Offer details help participants discuss scope, compensation, dates, and usage rights. Selecting Accept records your intent in the portal. Accepting an offer alone does not charge anyone or sign a project contract. Payment requires a separate agency-approved plan, both participants’ agreement to its exact terms, and the payer’s completion of Stripe Checkout. Confirm final project terms and permissions before beginning work.

Payment information and approvals

When payment tools are available, the exact payment plan identifies the payer, talent recipient, currency, gross amount, 20% agency fee, and remaining 80% talent share, with rounding shown in the plan. Stripe processing costs are borne by the agency. Each participant must explicitly agree to the plan and the payment terms. The portal records that agreement, its version, and the time it was given.

Stripe hosts the payer’s card entry and the talent’s bank and identity setup. The portal does not collect or store card numbers, bank account details, or identity verification documents. Milieu stores Stripe account and transaction references, payment amounts and statuses, agreement records, and agency approval history.

The agency reviews a plan before collection and separately approves release to the talent’s connected Stripe balance. This is not escrow. Stripe’s payout schedule, account requirements, and bank processing determine when funds reach a bank account. Authorized agency staff can review payment records and related conversations.

Full refunds before a talent transfer can be approved in the portal. After a transfer, refunds and recovery require agency handling through Stripe and reconciliation. Read the payment terms before consenting to a plan. Stripe’s services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Social accounts and websites appear as links that you provide. Adding a link does not connect an external inbox, verify ownership of an account, or verify its follower count. Agency oversight covers conversations inside this portal only.

ChatGPT sign-in and any external websites or services you visit have their own terms and privacy policies. Their handling of your information is separate from the choices available in this portal.

Participation and review

Creating an account, publishing a kit, or receiving approval does not guarantee representation, an offer, or a booking. Agency review is not an endorsement or a guarantee that another person’s identity, claims, or opportunity has been verified. Be accurate, respectful, and clear about the work you are willing to accept.

Questions, corrections, and deletion requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or account deletion, or discuss a privacy concern, contact hello@milieuagency.com. Include your portal username so the agency can locate your account. The agency may need to confirm your identity before handling a request. You can unpublish your kit immediately while a request is being reviewed.
